“Who you believe you are in business is who you will become”
- Julie Lefler, Robin Goodfellow CEO

Julie Lefler grew up a native of West Michigan in a family of entrepreneurial spirit and the confidence to succeed in business. Her professional path was forged in a multi-generational family enterprise begun by her father more than 75 years ago. From the time she was old enough to work, Julie has been involved in nearly all facets of the company, directly responsible for financial functions, customer service, production planning and retail sales.

Decades later, Julie is following her passion, expertly assembling a company of skilled professionals at Robin Goodfellow Designs – a company she was inspired to develop as a business built around fine art.

The art at the heart of the company is the unique and exquisitely fashioned jewelry created by Julie’s business partner and talented friend, artist Robin Satterthwaite.

For years while their children attended school together, Julie watched Robin create increasingly intricate and beautiful jewelry, even taking a jewelry making class with friends in Robin’s basement. Each time Julie wore a piece of Robin’s jewelry, people would bestow her with compliments and a desire to know more about the artist. One such admirer encouraged Julie to invite Robin to attend an art fair. And together they did.

From five retail art shows in 2004 to several annual wholesale and retail shows and a mix of local, national and international clients, Robin Goodfellow Design is flourishing.

Julie is excited to work with smart and dedicated women and to share the beauty of Robin’s wearable art with as many people as possible. Like Robin, she also shares the desire to grow the company purposefully with a focus on what can be given back to the world and its people. Robin Goodfellow Design has made philanthropy as much a part of company vision as a fulfillment of the inner responsibility we all have to better ourselves and humanity – letting life, love and peace harmonize on our path for the greater good of us all.
